Returns & Refunds

• Return Policy: If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 3 days for an exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.

• How to Return & Exchange: Contact us at orders@zainasaed.com to start an exchange. Return shipping costs are on you unless we made a mistake with your order.

• Refunds: There are no Refunds unless incase of a damaged product. It will go back to your original payment method within the number of days – listed within the network provider- of us receiving the return.
