General Use

Orders and Payment

• Product Availability: All items are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion.
• Pricing: Prices are listed in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) and may change without notice. Additional fees like shipping and taxes are added at checkout.
• Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal & Cash on Delivery. Your order will only be processed after full payment is received.

Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping: We ship to all over the world. Costs and delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose.
• Delivery Times: Estimated delivery dates are just estimates. We’re not responsible for delays beyond our control.
• Customs and Duties: If you’re ordering internationally, you’re responsible for any customs duties, VAT or taxes.

Returns and Exchanges

• Return Policy: If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 3 days for an exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
• How to Return & Exchange: Contact us at orders@zainasaed.com to start an exchange. Return shipping costs are on you unless we made a mistake with your order.
• Refunds: There are no Refunds unless incase of a damaged product. It will go back to your original payment method within the number of days – listed within the network provider- of us receiving the return.

Everything on our site—like text, images, and designs—belongs to us or our licensors. You can’t use any of it without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

We’re not responsible for any damages that result from using our website or products, including lost profits or data.

Warranties

Our products are sold “as is,” with no warranties, express or implied. We don’t guarantee they’ll meet your expectations or that any issues on our site will be fixed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan. Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of Jordan.
